Their mochas are delicious, and there is hardly ever a line!

Walk in and no greeting and the cashier is sitting down. Almond joy cappuccino is empty and cashier doesnt even offer to help.

Terrible customer service from middle-aged African-american female cashier.

Hardly ever staffed/open, even during posted hours. Annoying when you are a student.

Arrived after biking for 11 miles in the rain and eating a warm donut and sipping an iced coffee never tasted so good.
