Pretty rough, but happy with the end result I am only giving 5 stars because the install team (Ryder and Kane) truly did an exceptional job and we are very pleased with the quality/look of the products that we received (4 doors, 15 windows). However, it took 5 months from estimate to them being completed, mostly due to misordering on the office end (I was told that person no longer works there). 6 items were ordered wrong on the office side and the estimator didn't correctly write down a door we specifically wanted. However, Ryder has great customer service skills and kept us very in the loop through the install process which made everything much more smooth. Although lots of patience was required (and the installers aren't really morning people), the end result is wonderful and we would use them for future work.

My experience with Tom and the other's at Window World in Lincoln has been very positive. They have excellent service, products and friendly, helpful staff. This always flows from the top. Tom, the owner, is one of the nicest guys I know.
