Tina and Ashley at the Flower Petal Boutique were very considerate and caring. They worked on special needs for us and provided great customer service, which is so hard to find any more these days. While the arrangement I was looking at on the website didnt come with all the specific details shown in the photo, they did their best to accommodate, and the flowers came out beautifully. They also handled same-day delivery. Thank you!

AMAZING STAFF HELPED FIX ISSUE IMMEDIATELY! 5/5 stars, highly recommend for your flower needs in Vegas. I ordered some preserved black roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. They didn't have black, so they were special ordered because I specifically wanted them in black. But when they were delivered they got sent to the wrong apartment on accident. When I called to check on the order, the woman sent me the photo the delivery driver took and it wasn't the right house. So she ordered another thing of preserved black roses and then hand delivered them to the correct apartment a few days later. Girlfriend was so happy and I really appreciate the effort to make sure my order was completed! Thank you. Will be ordering from here for future flower deliveries.

Ordered my girlfriend some flowers on Valentines Day and they sent the delivery email but they never got delivered. Been trying to email and call but they are not replying or answering the phone . Will never order through them again and I am going to chargeback if I dont get a reply by the end of the day

This company is a fraud. They failed to deliver on time, despite order being placed well in advance with extra fee to guarantee timely delivery. Had the nerve to lie that delivery was attempted, and when they did deliver, the following day, the flowers were not fresh and the size was wrong. The large arraingement was paid for and the delivered product was clearly the small based on product descriptions on 1-800-flowers. Complaint has been lodged with 1-800-flowers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Flower Petal Boutique provided wonderful customer service and my arrangement was absolutely stunning! It came looking exactly like the photo online, which has not been the case in the past with other florists. This was my first time using Flower Petal Boutique, but it definitely wont be my last!
