Image Eye Care

Unfortunately, I am not returning to this office again. Ive been going there for years and all I wanted was for me and my 2 daughters to go in on the same day. I was unaware that there is a max of only two per family. The receptionist looked at my past appt and said you came separately from your kids in the past and also your husband. We never go in with my husband because of his crazy work schedule. Honestly, I went in separately because its so damn expensive to purchase glasses and contacts for all of us at once, I think I wanted to spread out the payments so Im not paying $1000k for all 3 of us last year. And two I dont have the capacity in my work schedule and in the girls school schedule to separate us on two different days. I ended up finding a highly rated office closer to me- whose max is 3. I wanted to see what other offices were like- I called other offices in the area just to check on their max and if not 3, they would have accommodated me. They just provided dates I could go in with the 3 of us. I hate switching docs. Crazy when youre a loyal customer, but the flexibility of this office was not there. They obviously lost my business.

I have been coming to Image Eye Care for five years. Dr. Ha is an excellent doctor. It is very evident he cares for his patients' eye health. I appreciate how well he explains conditions and the treatment options available. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to overtreat or do any unnecessary procedures. My eye health has significantly improved since being in his care. And both locations have very nice, compassionate professionals working the front desk.

Doctor was good, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the front desk seemed new and maybe doesnt know what they are doing? Not sure who is in the wrong but asked them to send my details over to my eye laser clinic to keep my warranty and they asked the clinic to send or sign some documents for them to send my documents that I have signed and asked them to send. Pretty sure non disclosure forms require just me to sign and say I give permission to send my information to this place. But they apparently have a process for the third party clinic to have to sign that. Sounds like incompetence to me considering I have never run into this in 7 years across multiple optometrist offices. Sucks that I wont be supporting this small shop going forward.

Dr. Lee nice!! But the way they run this place it has been a little too much!! Horrible on customers!!
