I couldnt be happier with my experience here. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of cute and reasonably priced frames. The staff were all friendly, thorough, and professional. I was kept up to date on the status of my order and had an all around great experience!

Time to find a new optical store for my daughter now, over 10 years coming to this place with the same insurance and a lot has changed, I guess is the insurance but the girl there told me they don't get anything from the prescription with those frames $$ and from a big selection our insurance used to cover now is very limited, the waiting time is two weeks. Also I didnt know the insurance is who makes the glasses after you picked a frame the girl there told me that. Pretty much in the hunt for the place with the best deal right now she never tried to offer deals within their business . I am back here just to make an update with my last sentence, you are right, its unfair to say Medicaid is not welcome here, thats just how I felt over the fact that your employee mentioned a couple facts on regards to my daughters insurance, medicaid. The two weeks for the glasses to be made and the inconvenience of your business not being paid for those frames. Now that I remember the last pair she got from you guys about a year ago I had to call on a Thursday to find out if the glasses arrived, when I went to pickup the glasses I asked since when you had them, it was sad to hear that since Tuesday that same week.
