I was in town for business. I snapped my glasses in half the first day of a trade show. They were purchased over a year ago in Illinois. My wife suggested I call the closest Walmart and see if they have my frames in stock and can transfer the lenses. So I called this location and a nice lady looked up the frames and confirmed they had them. I thanked her and said I hopped to get there today. So about an hour later I walk in a d explain why I am there. The lady, who's name I unfortunately did not get , already had them waiting for me. She flipped the lenses and I was out the door in five minutes. This was the best customer service I ever received in my entire life! She is awesome!
