        THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY!!! I ordered a pair of sneakers for an event I had on 10/13, I paid for expedited shipping that per the website promised to deliver to me on 10/12. When the order did not ship for days I contacted customer service who ignored my communications and did not even ship the order until 10/12 the day it was promised to deliver. The package did not arrive until 10/16 after I no longer needed them; when I tried to return the shoes they finally responded and said I couldn't return it because it was final sale. The shoes also look used and the customer service is horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A SHOP!!!

      During highly discount, promotional periods you will find Feature fulfillment time to be 10-14 days. During this promotional time you may experience delays. We do strive to reduce these delays as best as possible during this time. When a order is being returned to sender it is decided based off the carrier not being able to successfully deliver your order. Per our company policy all shipping fees and cost is the responsibiity of the customer. In any event that a customer package is not delivered based off a error from our or the carrier end we do in fact cover the cost. Your order however was reshipped free of charge.
