Sunglass Hut

I got there at 7:28 for my PICK UP order and the dude closed and rudely locked the door in my face while looking in my eyes. If the location closes at 8pm, why would the employee close the doors more than 30 mins early? Also what kind of impression is that to a first time customer that just spent about $300? Makes me not want to spend my money there anymore. I was so happy about receiving my order and I was recording content but then boom that ruined everything

Karina Hernandez the so called manager has a bad attitude! It was very apparent she didnt want to do her job as soon as I walked in and talked to her . Also this store in general has sketchy practices up selling warranties and what not that are NOT valid , then expect you to jump through hoops to get your money back but sure were quick to take it selling fake warranties ! Theres other locations of sunglasses hut that are more helpful, less stuck up attitude with a bigger selection! Just avoid this location

Male worker was rude to us when we asked about the insurance on our glasses and insisting nothing could be done without the original receipt and box however the summerlin location gave us no trouble for those things didnt even ask for them

They dont close at 7. I called at 4pm about exchanging a pair of sunglasses and they said I could come by anytime before 7pm. I get out of work at 6pm and made it to the mall at 6:15, the doors were locked and after trying to call 3 times, Marvin answered the phone and said that he couldnt process my exchange because the registers were closed and couldnt help anymore customers. If you close at 7, you take customers until 7. If you stop helping customers at 6pm, then you close at 6pm. When I was walking out of the mall, I passed by the store and tried getting his attention one last time, Marvin had the biggest smile on his face. When I spoke with him the phone, i explained to him my situation (had a pair of sunglasses on hold and came to pick them up) his response was Welp, youre gonna have to come tomorrow. I also asked why the hours on the website showed 7pm if the store closed before then, his answer, well, I dont handle the hours online google does. Very sarcastic responses and was not helpful in any way. I am glad this is not the closest store to where I live because boy would I have a lot more to say.
