        I truly enjoy living here. The office personnel are very efficient, address every concern and someone is always available when you need assistance. They are very caring when it comes to their residents.

        Not a great place to live, the owners only care about money. Dumpsters too full because you hardly have any for how many apartments are there? Just charge every resident a fee if it gets overfilled. Dog owners not picking up after their dogs? Just make other residents get photo evidence and then charge the dog owner a fee. Broken dishwasher? Maintenance refuses to come fix it on your mid-week days off and will only come when you're not home (WEIRD), then next time you run the dishwasher after it's been "fixed" it floods your kitchen. Don't expect anything fixed and don't expect to ever have peace and quiet if you live below anyone because the floors are about 4 inches thick it sounds like. My friends could hear my neighbors walking above me through my gaming headset. And a couple of residents there are having a war on whos souped up car can make the most noise early in the morning. All in all 0 out of 10 experience here.
