I had a terrible experience at this place today and consequently, they lost my business. After my appointment, I experienced outrageously(!) bad front desk experience when I questioned the amount of a future procedure not covered by insurance, not to mention that after my meeting I was led into a room for a teeth cleaning which was not part of the appointment. Mistakes happen and at the time it was no big deal, but it certainly added to an office team that does not know how to run a tight ship -- at least on this day. When a worker gets defensive and clearly can not handle a patient confused and frustrated with the financial details (this person should not take things personally and should learn people skills), clearly this person is in the wrong field. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I also do not appreciate being treated like this; this open rudeness was appalling. It is this treatment I received from the front desk staff that is making me shop elsewhere...that is how important the personal touch is for me. This should be a gentle, safe and calming place especially because these procedures can be a bit stressful. This lack of professionalism was not what I planned for today.

Truly a caring and wonderful staff! Would recommend them to anyone.

This place is a joke. First they hurt me to the point of having to got to the emergency room then they send me a bill for even more money. And all I wanted from them was an apology. Guess they don't really care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I give them one star because I can't post with no stars.
