      Good afternoon Sec,I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. I have gone through our customer database as we deal with hundreds of different residential and commercial customers. I cannot find anyone under the name of Sec. I am not sure what work we may have done for you. If you would like to contact our office at (603)-333-2949 to discuss this matter more to get to the bottom of this issue it would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely CRS Mechanical.We have not received any phone call in regards to clearing this matter up. I'm not sure what work we had done for you but this situation does not sound correct, I would love to clear up any type of confusion. We would have never had a homeowner or anyone other than anyone related to CRS Mechanical perform any work. If this is actually the case then it needs to be handled.
