Excellent service and experience. Ive noticed a remarkable difference and improvement with the addition and leadership of mgr Courtland. So professional and reassuring. I am grateful this branch is so close to work and home.

Miserable experience. Reserved a car by Enterprise main phone center. Received "confirmation email." Start walking to pick up car. (Lebanon NH Enterprise doesn't offer pickup.) Local Lebanon NH Enterprise calls and says they "have no cars and don't know when they will." Left high and dry. In Lebanon NH use Avis. Sandra at the airport Avis gives you her cell as back up contact. I reserved a car from Avis and Avis saved me a car. Dear Enterprise- I will avoid you as feasible in future. This was unnecessary stress (before a job interview) l did not need.

First off, I had called to make a reservation for someone to be at the auto body shop. For 9am, i waited almost an hour for enterprise to show up with my car even though I was told that someone would be there within 10 minutes at 915a, which was obviously a lie. At the point where i was getting my car, the sales rep said "okay so included in this payment today is 100$ that you will get back providing there aren't any dings or scratches". Today, nearly 1.5 weeks after returning my rental, I get charged 300+ dollars I called to inquire about the 100$-- was gaslighted multiple times by Courtland and then a manger called me saying "i hear you have questions about your bill?". i will not ever be renting again. Don't argue and gaslight me. If i could give a zero, I would.

Friendly, fast service. When I returned the car, Austen drove me back to campus. Service is above and beyond.
