Waterside Square North at Newport

I lived there 13 years ago ..and I loved my apartment..great community...and absolutely spectacular views..I love everything around there..55 River Drive south is always in my heart.

Literally don't know how the ratings aren't lower. I lived in these apartments for just 2 weeks before I ran screaming. Roaches come out at night and cover every inch of the floors, walls, and furniture/appliances in every room of the apartment. Old wood building needs to be burned down and replaced. $3k-4k rent and less than 1000 sq ft should be a crime. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or peace of mind here.

My agent Vanessa Hunt lied to me about apartment options and refused to honor her words after I moved in. Check out reviews at Beach Front and you will see how much the agents lie. Do not rent based on a floor plan. Always check the actual apartment you are renting.

Definitely wont live in here again! The washers in the common laundry room are always disgusting with peoples hair and sometimes random scraps inside. Bedbug has been a disaster. As the management staff Christian mentioned in the phone call before, the second treatment is 2 weeks after the first one. However, the exterminator didnt come 2 weeks after, he came directly into my room while Im sleeping without any previous notices. I never got any calls or emails the day before this. I asked him to leave. No one is ready for this. This is very rude and unacceptable! As a woman I feel very insecure! No exhaust in kitchen and bathroom so the smell will be there for whole day. AC is too noisy. During winter I have to leave it on overnight but the noise often wakes me up.
