Soho Lofts

The apartment is good but not for the price. Anyone who is willing to rent it should check if the dryers are working if the Air conditioning/ heating system is working . The dryers are not able vent out the air out of the system . As a result the clothes are always moist/wet and it almost takes 6-7 hours to dry 1 load . It does not get over here, the Air conditioning does not work properly in all rooms. Apart from this the maintenance team is extremely helpful that they will come almost every 20 days to clean the filters of dryer so that it works proper For the next 4 days . Expect your utility bill to shoot up from 150-200 to 400 atleast because 1 load for dryer will need 4-5 times of drying .

We visited a friends loft. The amenities are stellar. The landing has an amazing scent. Concierge services are good and responsive.

A great place and location, the staff at SoHo Lofts make the experience as a resident a smooth transition for anyone. The concierge team, including Liz, Chris, and all other team members were always friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance staff was always prompt and responded to requests. Julian from the leasing team was amazing! The management team does an excellent job at ensuring residents are satisfied.
