They came same day I called, my boiler just stopped working from one day to another and got it working quickly. Going to use them moving forward for all my boiler needs. 10/10 recommend!

I thank God for Jose. He is a good man who is obviously an expert at what he does. With a couple of photos and a simple outline of what was happening with my heating system, he was able to diagnose the problem and guide me to fix it. If I have any other issues, I know exactly the person to call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had an emergency with my furnace. Was given Joses contact info, called him at 5:15 PM. My furnace was repaired by 9:00. Bobby, the technician was professional and payed attention to detail, hooked my furnace up. Dont hesitate to call!

In January, I urgently needed a heating expert at a bad time. The previous majority-very-positive reviews didn't let me down. In fact, I was more than blown away by the professional, responsive, attentive, and yes, kind way that Palomino operates. Problem solved. In early February, another urgent matter sprang up, again at a bad time. This second experience was exactly the same, and thank heavens it turned out to be a simple problem. However, the great worry and stress it would have caused were eliminated quickly, thanks to Palomino. I wholeheartedly sing the praises of this company, and I feel lucky to rely on them.
