I am in a wheelchair I went to the salon 4 years ago and they treat me great. what I love about them is that when I reached The front door they were capable to help me put in my wheelchair, my nails I love them.

HORRIBLE!! literally do not go here, save your money and go somewhere else. First of all, its dirty. That was what I initially noticed and that should have been my sign to leave. Second, the nail tech who did my nails kept blaming me for how patchy they came out. The nail tech completely missed putting dip powder on the part of my nail near the cuticle and then when it was all done he told me it was my fault becuase I wanted so my nails too thin and picked a bad color. I have been getting the same style of nails for almost a decade now. Its not about how the light the color is if its opaque in some spots and completely missing in other parts. So rude and bad quality.

Okay so , I went to this salon because my main salon that I go to was packed , Ive been to this salon 2 time. This time I went there and this Spanish lady did my nails. I told her I wanted LONG nails , I even showed her how long and her NOT paying attention being on her phone she proceeded to cut them short and uneven. SO I told her thats not long and she got mad about it. Telling me next time tell me when I clearly did. And second when filing my nails she filed way to hard and fast and she made me get 2 gashes on the corner of my finger and she even saw that she did that. Its been a month since Ive been there and the gash on my finger is still there and it pain , I had to get stitches because of her. Learn how to file correctly and not cause your customers any pain and pay attention more. I wanted the guy to do my nails because I love the way he does them but her nope , dont go to her. My fingers was in pain for weeks and still is till this day. Never coming here again , shouldnt even be giving this any stars at all.
