I have been a loyal customer of Spa Nature for the past four years, visiting approximately every two weeks. However, without explanation, I was refused an appointment when I tried to book my regular slot. My best guess is that I asked for help selecting a nude color at the last visit and was met with annoyance and an eye-roll. The owner also curtly suggested that I seek services elsewhere. This abrupt dismissal after years of patronage is not only shocking but also utterly disrespectful. Despite the inconsistent quality in service I have received over the past four years, I had continued to visit Spa Nature, primarily given its convenient location. However, this recent encounter has completely changed my opinion of this business. I can no longer recommend it to others and will take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that after four years, I feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and promptly addresses their customer service shortcomings.

I have been a frequent visitor in the past couple of years and have always appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. However, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service over the last few months. The staff's demeanor and the level of service provided have been disappointing, to say the least. Crooked nails, cuts, and poor service have become too common, but what truly did it for me is the staff's rude attitude and poor/unprofessional demeanor. It raises questions on how poorly management treatment of its employees, as such changes are often reflective of other issues.

Very disappointed in my experience. My nails are pretty fragile from having acrylics for over a year and the nail tech didnt use judgment to use a stronger base for my gel manicure to ensure my nails wouldnt break and would last. Ended up going back 2 more times in the same week to repair 2 nails, and even was asked to pay $10 + tip after one of the visits to fix one nail. Broken nails are inevitable however the salon did not handle it the right way and/or was apologetic about it so definitely will not be coming back.

Guy at front desk was very rude. Seems like hes the owner. Wouldnt recommend giving any business to this spot
