I stayed in a good room, they always cleaned it and I slept very comfortably. Great location in front of the station which gives a good advantage

Didn't find out our room was downgraded until we walked into it, when we asked for the room we paid for, front desk staff told us they gave it away, and there's nothing they can do. Not only that, there were stains everywhere around said room, and no shampoo/body wash in the shower. And if you do end up booking here make sure you're an early riser because you only got one mesh curtain to cover the window. Don't plan to park your car here either, it's almost $50 PER NIGHT. Ultimately, I recommend booking somewhere else, this place just wants your money and could care less about your experience.
Rooms: Don't expect to get the room you paid for.

This place is in a very noisy location across the street from Penn station. I find that rooms facing the opposite direction are a little better for noise but this isn't the case on Friday and Saturday nights. The downtown is a mess of homeless and misfits, and isn't very safe.
