Three Fountains Apartments

This place is without a doubt the best apartments I've ever had the pleasure of living in. The maintenance is prompt and skillful, they get the job done the 1st time. We've referred friends and family here and everyone is very pleased. The property is quiet and safe and it's an all out wonderful place to lay your head.

I wish I can give 0 star. They charge you more than what is stated on the lease. The manager does not help at all. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not live there!

I recently moved in and I absolutely love my apartment.    It was so clean and nice with new carpet and paint.  My neighbors are friendly and quiet. I love my balcony and cannot wait to decorate it next spring.  I hope to live here for many years.

I've never lived there, and I never will. About 3-4 years ago, I went over there three times, within the space of a year, to discuss renting. Linda was so rude, all three times, not only to me but to others in the office -- and for no reason -- that I decided not to move there. Very surprised to find that Linda still works there. //// Not everything needs to be reviewed all of the time. What brought this to mind again is that I know two people (unrelated) who are moving into Three Fountains. I have tried very hard to discourage them (rude Linda is not the only problem with 3 Fountains) but it didn't help -- they're moving in primarily because you allow dogs. And I don't care how "valued" Linda is -- she was RUDE. But don't worry -- I will NEVER live there. You have a good one.
