    I just moved in a week ago. My experience has been pretty good so far. I lived at my previous apartment community for 14 years so the way things are done now was kinda foreign to me. I have seen some bad reviews about management but I can only speak to my current experiencewhich is that Sarah has helped make this move as comfortable as possible for me. Not only is the move-in process different for me because of living somewhere for the last 14 years but I am also older and I am disabled and so having some things needing to be adjusted to accommodate me is inevitable and Sarah has been quite the trooper and dealt with all my calls and all my questions and even a few of my complaints. there have been issues here and there and I feel like the apartment is a bit old, and really not worth the asking price. It wasnt cleaned well and whoever lived here before me had pets and the apartment smelled like the unit had pets. My car was towed my first week here for being in a handicap parking space and of course Im handicapped but they said they didnt see my placard when I went to pick up the car they were going to charge me $350 until the picture showed them my placard and the tow truck guy said he just didnt see it so instead of charging me 350 they charged me $184 to pay for the tow truck only Which I shouldnt be responsible for paying at all! These apartments are very old and not very well Taken care of. the exterior is beautiful, but the interior is not at all equal to what theyre doing exterior. Update: this apartment is awful. It is old and broken down and raggedy. It has been put together with duct, tape and twisty ties. Management is not concerned about the tenants comfort here. They only care about the renovations outside the package so that everyone is fooled. The water is shut off every other day there is still construction going on. They need to inspect everything and they micromanage everything you cant do anything in your apartment without written consent. The office manager Marylyn, is mean and crass, disrespectful, abrasive, rude obnoxious, and has no customer service skills. If youre looking for an apartment, dont be fooled run for your life. You will be very disappointed.

    I do not recommend this complex to anyone! The maintenance is horrible and they charge you for things that should be handled by property maintenance. The complex constantly shuts off water to different buildings. The dog poop is never cleaned, and is everywhere on the property. Crime runs rampant in this complex and has no signs of slowing down. Management is only concerned with signing new tenants. Once your lease is signed they do not care about you! Dont be fooled by the brand new paint on buildings, or the newly outfitted appliances. This complex is run down, and the management fails you at every step of the way.

    I lived at these apartments for three years. I kept my apartment in immaculate condition. The rent just kept going up, the apartments were quiet and fit my needs in the beginning. When I finally found a house and needed to terminate my lease, I had so many charges and fees. Ridiculous! I should have been refunded my entire deposit, I didnt even get a fourth back. Honestly I wouldnt recommend this place. The amenities are never available and the so called upgraded apartments were so badly renovated my microwave just came off when opening the door. The dishwasher never worked I used it for storage. Towards the end the sink leaked. I had requested 3 months for it to be fixed it was never done properly. The water was always being shut off. I would definitely rethink renting here.
