Cockroach infested. In our BEDROOM TOO. Almost 10 pm at night we see something moving on our walls and well, it was a cockroach. Not to mention a couple days ago we see another one by the back entrance dead, which was laying there for more than a couple days. Cleaning hasnt been by to pick it up or anything. Not a fun experience for us right before bed.
When they shut off the water (almost monthly) theres no hot water for the rest of the night. 10AM-4PM yet still no hot water @10 pm. Update, just another one we saw taken tonight.

Landmark had been my home for over a year and for the first time I submitted a maintenance request. I expected at least a few days to a week but it was professionally completed the day it was submitted. Although the building may be older than all the pop-ups around, but its built like a tank and much more spacious than the newer overpriced places around. The staff, amenities, and location are amazing and so gland I didn't fall for a 'NEW' apartment.

I originally liked living here, however the building is getting old and often needs maintenance. The water gets shut off often, and at most points without warning. The maintenance guy is really nice but the management has an attitude and would not contact me back for repairs requested. Many times someone let there dog pee in front of the elevator and did not clean it up. Same problems with the laundry room; there are 8 washers/ dryers. Many people will put in 6 loads of laundry at once not allowing space/ time for other residents. The gym equipment has also started to fall apart. The whole year I lived here the gym was never repaired and the price of utilities continued to skyrocket (averaging $350+ in a 1 bed w/ 2 people on the lease). The price is just too much for the amount of construction noise, lack or repairs and overall problems.
