I went in bc I recently moved here and needed to see someone to try and get help for really heavy, constant bleeding bc of endometriosis. The doctor I saw at this location prescribed me Isibloom, stating it was good for heavy bleeding and pain. I trusted the doctor to know what she was doing and didnt immediately do research until after I started the meds, which immediately made every symptom worse. I missed multiple days of work, constantly light headed from the blood loss, so I looked it up and this was a BC that uses estrogen, which makes endo much worse. I called to ask what I should do and got redirected a ton, and never got a call back from the doctor even though I was genuinely fearing for my life from the volume of blood.
And then I got told that the doctor I saw, the only one at any PP in town apparently that even give bc scrips or something, was moving to the Santa Fe location and no one would be able to assist me.
So yeah, this locations negligence put me in a nearly life threatening situation bc I trusted the doctor to know what she was doing and then tried to get their help. I wont be paying for anything here. Oh theyll send you to collections in less than a month btw.

I originally came to this location to get my IUD replaced, on top of staff trying to get me to change my mind multiple times (while booking the appointment and three times again the day of my procedure), my experience at the Candelaria location was very dissapointing. They ask an excessive amount of questions, a lot that have nothing to do with the reason for visiting, that takes up a chunk of the time being there. When it finally came time to have my procedure done I was seen by the Provider known as Karen. Upon examination I was burned with the speculum, she failed to check the temperature before inserting the instrument. I was barely given anytime to calm down before the procedure begun again. She also did not change her gloves after touching multiple things inside the room. I ended up leaving with a yeast infection and a UTI onto of the sever pain that comes with an IUD insertion, and instead of taking patient care into consideration and seeing me again to get the proper care I needed, I was referred to the Santa Fe location or told to wait it out 1-2 months until something became available.

Update: Just saw on my health profile that they wrote my dad had ovarian cancer.
Had a 4pm appt. Arrived 15 min early. Didn't get seen until 5:15 (after closing hours) and was told it would take 20 minutes. I had to leave for another medical appointment in ten minutes and was told the front desk would reschedule. They refused to provide me with a 4:15 appointment so I didn't have to take off work early again. 4:15 + 20 minutes = 4:35pm, so it would still fall within opening hours, but the nurse Leanne who was so apologetic for getting to me late even refused it. So she was willing to stay late today but unwilling to help me within opening hours another day. Didn't make any sense and really turned me off from this location.
