        The wait was super long. The staff knew what they were doing mostly. It was my first time to choose frames so I didn't know what questions to know to ask of them. They did help me to understand but were so understaffed every questions was another wait in line so to say. Eventually, the frames I chose were fine .... when i chose them. When they were delivered to me in the mail, Protected inside the case, the frame had been cracked. Clearly it was done by someone swapping the lenses. They would not compensate. They were like bullies after the sale.
