        My appointment was nearly 2 hours ago Nobody walked in, looking like they were having a heart attack or anything Whats the point of an appointment? I will never come here again. NextCare will give you an appointment and you never wait more than 10 minutes I dont know what I was thinking coming here

        Worst service Ive ever experienced. None of my concerns were even talked about and its pointless to schedule an appointment when they still keep putting us further down the list. Then to top that off they were very rude and uncaring about how my son was feeling and not a bit concerned my son was there for head pains. And uncontrollably bleeding from the nose and mouth and the fact I named symptoms the lady yelled at me they cant treat him for everything I was explaining I explained to her I was simply explaining my sons symptoms. The tech seems very bugged like she hated her job and they sent us home saying my son needs to learn to hold and plug the nose correctly. Yet my concern is aneurysms run in my family. Id never go back and Id never refer anyone to go here unless you like being ignored and sent away. And for the cost of the visit Im so po. They were no help and do nothing for us he still is like this after two weeks Im so frustrated because no one understands how truly worried I am of my child and how ill he is. He has missed a week of school because of what ever is going on and if something happens to him I am suing this urgent care for their lack of responsibility as a health care facility who did not help or listen to anything about why I took my son to urgent care.
