We used this service to repair a VERY challenging air conditioning problem at our home. They were fantastic! Friendly, professional, hard working, problem-solving, innovative, and great prices. I will ALWAYS use Polar Breeze for our air conditioning needs. So reliable and honest. They came to our aid during a very busy summer due to high temps. They were GREAT!! Hector and his partner were literal answered prayers to a large house need. He was immediate in responding and so so kind. Service felt like I was dealing with a loved family member. I'll never forget his customer service!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Hector is nothing short of incredible. My A/C went out when it was 104 outside and, well basically inside too. Polar Breeze was open until 7pm when all the other business were already closed and available for emergency after hours calls only. Hector offered to come at either 6 or 7 am the next day so I could be squeezed into their schedule. Hector and his worker arrived at 7:06, after calling to say they were running a bit late. 6 minutes? No problem! They proceeded to look at everything before making a diagnostic determination. It was my the motor in my furnace. The cold air couldn't be pushed out. Hector not only worked to locate the only part that didn't have to be ordered and mailed but went to El Paso the same day to retrieve it. He was meticulous and able to discover that the unit I had still had one month before the warranty expired! After returning from El Paso, the part was installed and now I have air! All in the same day. I drove them to El Paso in my little car to save the extra gas fee for the service truck. He allowed this! The entire drive he was fielding calls for A/C service. I heard him call everyone back and schedule appointments for the next day starting at 6am. Hector left my house close to 4 to attend to a client emergency. I am beyond impressed with his passion for his business, which he has owned and operated since 1984. He truly wants to leave people happy. He could have easily gone with ordering the part-more expensive plus the added $240 to mail-but he did not. He didn't leave my house until my problem was resolved. I highly recommend Polar Breeze. Professional, funny, kind, completely thorough, knowledge of how to troubleshoot and repair going back to the 1980's, war veteran, and the tenacity to get the problem solved as quickly as possible.
