I came by on a day that they were closed. The owner unlocked the door and helped me out. I was in a pinch to get loose flowers at the last minute for an event I was doing that day. Not only was that incredibly kind but Lauren helped me pick out flowers that I wanted and gave me options that I hadn't even thought of. She made my arrangements better than they would have been elsewise. Their prices are better than other florists that I've been to(I paid less than half for more flowers than I did at the other shop). I feel so blessed that the florist I normally go to was closed because I will never go anywhere else again.

Two arrangements ordered by two different people for my Mothers funeral DID NOT SHOW UP IN TIME! Didn't show up until after the service. Both orders were placed well in advance. Only offered apologies, no attempt to make it right.

I had an issue with an arranagement I received but the owner was extremely conscious in responding to me. I am very impressed with Her customer service and I'm pleased with the product.
