A close neighbor had a new gas water heater installed over the last few days, yes it took that long due to "complications" which can happen. Shortly after, my wife went to visit our elderly neighbor and got a strong smell of natural gas, there was a leak!  She called them and they immediately came to fix that problem. How is it that professional plumbers can not test for leaks before leaving?  To make matters worse, one of the plumbers, the owner's son, was cursing loudly throughout the entire time showing no respect for our friend.

On short notice, these gentlemen came to my house to reconnect my gas meter that required relocating. They reconnected, pressure tested and reestablished gas service while it was snowing. Needless to say it was going to be a cold night without the furnace. I recommend this business.

I called for a repair on leaking air conditioners on my apartments and was told they would send someone the next day. A week later, I go to the apartments and there is still water running off the roof! I called back and was told "we have no record of a call in your name, or that address". "Who did you speak to"? I spoke to whoever answered yiur phone! Unbelievable. SMH.
