There are literally 14 people in line, 1 poor woman at the register and 6 employees ignoring the whole situation? Where is the manager?

This is by far, THE WORST PHARMACY, I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff of the pharmacy section are uneducated. I mean, really, REALLY ignorant and uneducated. Don't bother trying to call, or ask them any questions. Oh, and you're going to wait on line forever. It's HORRIBLE. Minus 20 stars.

An associate named Masura helped so much today and showed such professionalism that it amazed me so much I wanted to comment about it. Not very much professional people out here but this is rare and I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition for it. Because she has been great with me in the past, very helpful and goes above and beyond and it's not easy to be so curtious especially since this neighborhood has changed so severely, not many pleasant people in this area like before. It's a pleasure shopping while dealing people like her there.

Wrote a review a year ago. It's gone from bad to worse. One of the workers hit me with a door and tells me to watch it. Another worker comes to ask what happened and rudely speaks to the worker who hit me in Spanish asking her what happened. I said I just told you what happened. This store gets worse everyday.
