Cleanliest rooms I ever had in the US, with great views. Amazing service, 2. mins to the Subway that takes 15 mins to Downtown Manhattan. Perfect ratio of value for your buck. Would not mind a step up in diversity and healthy food at the breakfast though. At least serve fruits everyday if you call it continental breakfast. Additionally the rooms tend to go by the rule: design over usability. It works greatly for the most part, but the bathroom door should be easier to open from the inside.

We had a very horrible experience Oh funny that you cant find me in the system maybe because of how unprofessional the staff were. However since you need more details here it comes! First once i got there on March 23rd there was two rooms one for me and my husband and one for my mother. If you need the room number you could contact me because Id love to give you more details. Once we arrive front desk was rude, not attentive, In the back doing whatever instead of being there to greet us ok not the worst problem in the world right ? Ok so now we went to put my mom in her room and her room was great! So we had high hopes lol we went to our room and the entire blinds were on the floor we went to the front desk and they were helpful and gave us two options to move rooms and or get maintenance to come we wanted to stay on the same floor as my mom in case of anything so we chose the maintenance to come in so he came in and after leaving twice he was able to fix it and when i say fix just put it up so we had something for the night with the assistance of my husband ok. Moving along, we knew before arriving of the brunch in the lobby that ends at 10pm which is fine we had a drink and went to bed or so we thought. Welllll, at 12AM there was screaming yelling and fighting right by our room door going for 20 minutes i wasnt sure if i was to duck or hide because it sounded like a tragedy waiting to happen and ofc staff cant control it however I called the front desk to complain and he was very dismissive so I called a second time and he said yes he knows lol like this is an emergency why wasnt it attended to IMMEDIATELY?! ok after 20 minutes there had seem to be some resolve for like 5 minutes then the screaming fighting and yelling again then after that finally ended what sounded like music came back on and disrupted our sleep until our leave the next morning. So yes. Horrible stay
