Every visit is a new experience Love my nail tech Chynna she always does a fantastic job and is a pleasure to sit and talk with best of all she is a Capricorn just as I am and my pedicurist is Amy they make coming to the Concourse nail Bar a pleasurable one My Granddaughter likes the way Peter does her nails!!!

Concourse Nail Bar is the best place I've ever been, there are very good technicians here, they update current trends and have advice for their customers!

Overall the place is clean; however, if you don't watch carefully they'll wipe down the footrest and armrest clean and attempt to use the same towel to place your feet on . The polish is thinned out and as a result you can see the streaks in your nail polish. They don't shape and cut your nail correctly. They look odd shaped. They don't spend much time removing the callus off your heel and this is a paid service. By the time your feet are dry you can still feel the roughness under your heel. Majority of the nail techs seem to be inexperienced and it shows through their work. Management need to spend more time training them on how to improve their skills. All they do is walk around staring at the workers work and speak in their language which is unprofessional honestly. They need to lower their prices until their quality of work matches the work. ITS AMAZING HOW EXPENSIVE A REGULAR MANI/PEDI COST no GEL over $60 AND THE TECH WILL STAND THERE TO SEE IF YOU'RE GOING TO ADD A TIP. Who does that? The one thing I can compliment them on is that the wait is not too bad they take you right away. Going back to my old nail salon until I can find a place that meets all my needs at least their prices are reasonable, but the salon has some of the same issues. The newness of the Concourse Nail Bar made me think I was going to get quality work, but I was wrong. Don't get me wrong 2-3 techs know what they are doing, but the others. Practice makes better, but not on my hard earned coins AND NOT AT THESE PRICES. Spending too much money to get subpar service. Sorry, but the truth must be told.
