        Returned tuck after hours in this location. App did not work, so I took my own pictures dropped the keys at the key drop and spent 30 minutes on the phone with a rep that said that they completed my return. Next day I get a message asking me about the truck that I was supposed to have returned yesterday. Another 30 minute call to be told that they left a message to the manager and they will call me back. What a mess. Do not trust the after hours return.

        Good experience. But the staff in the office can look a little happier to work there. A smile would be nice. You have a worker behind the desk knitting while your trying to speak with her. Super weird but ok

        The cars are in good condition and it served me for what I needed. The service and the process of getting what I needed was not very satisfied, the people who attended us today had a not very friendly attitude and we took a lot of time to get the transport we needed for the online service. They offer you free boxes for the rental of the vehicle but there are no free boxes available !!

        Was overcharged by more than $125 for rental of a dirty, smelly van, still waiting for resolution. Furious. Will continue to file complaints locally.
