The LADIES working the Sundays are the best i seen in some time , being a UHAUL costumer for years these two LADIES were running the busy afternoon better than a staff of three men that were there before!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES!!!!

My husband and I rented a van at this location. The customer service over the phone was great. We arrived at the store and were immediately assisted. There was only one person working the counter and there were 3 customers including myself. The person we spoke with over the phone was the same person we saw when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised being an former Bronxite born and raised. The service provided by this young lady was so outstanding I had to ask her for her name. Shaquana is her name and she is the perfect fit for her job! We decided to rent the van for an additional day. When I called the store a gentleman answered the phone and I immediately requested to speak with Shaquana who was available and assisted us just the same! She is informative, knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. Shaquana is a true example of quality customer service! I will be going back to NY next month and will surely use this location for my next rental and I hope Shaquana will be present when I do so. Kudos to a sweet young lady who deseves accolade for her work!
