If you're looking for a GREAT plumber, look no further! Today was the second time I've used Econo Sewer and Drain. The first time was five years ago when they cleared out an IMPOSSIBLE drain tile clog. They were fantastic then, so when I had an issue with my basement drain they were my first choice. I called and not only did they remember me from five years ago, they had a technician out in less than 20 minutes! David was fantastic and diagnosed the problem right away. Whoever built my basement was a sadist because the trap is really awkwardly placed and you'd practically need to take a crow bar to a bench to get to it. But David managed to do it without having to take it apart and had the clog out ASAP. Seriously, my laundry pile had reached biblical proportions and having it fixed so fast was practically a miracle! Not only that, but the technician was great at explaining the issue and didn't mind when my cats tried to be his assistants. 10/10 experience, Highly Recommend!

My very old building with very old pipes had a main sewer line totally clog. Spoke to wwner (ED) at 10AM and promised me someone by 2PM. I explained the major problem and he got one got of his technicians to me by 12 noon. Very tricky and difficult job with 70 year old cast iron pipes. The technicial (Eddie) figured out the exact problem and the best way to deal with it. Problem solved 100% with minimal water on cellar floor. Great Job. I am technically knowledgable and very demanding. I can highly recomment Econo-Sewer.

Been using them for my parents house since I moved in 2005. Very professional and efficient. They get the job done always in a timely manner.

I called and made an appt for Friday Sept 29 for 9-11am. I called them multiple times on the day they were suppose to come. Every time they said someone would call me back. Not only did they never call me back, they also never showed up. Guess they have so much business, they don't need to show up for every service they book. I'll never use them or recommend them to a friend. Sept 29 was the day that the city flooded, so I understood that maybe they couldn't make it or they got stuck, but not only did they not call that day, nor did they say anything on the phone when I did call them (the person answering had no idea what was going on)... they never called back at all.
