This store is adorbs!! I came in last week with my mom and I believe the name of the girl who helped us was allyson. She was so so sweet and literally made it so easy to shop. I told her I was shopping for rush and she picked out the cutest dresses for me to try and I fell in love with them all. Literally this girl was amazing and deserves to be a manager lol. I even came in before the store was closing and she was so sweet and made sure I would be able to still enjoy shopping. Had a great time and cant wait to go back next time Im in the city.

Went a few weeks ago during my stay with my cousin and wasnt surprised at the treatment in store based on the reviews. Wanted to give the place a shot and pick out something for an event, but the employees were too busy playing dress up with these frilly outfits and greeting all guests but us. Not sure why the company doesnt take any action to train their in person employees because this is clearly not an isolated incident. Based on the previous reviews. The company is losing probably thousands in lost customers because of the poor service in their in person stores.

I normally do most of my shopping online, but Im so glad I popped into the Madison Ave store on a whim with my daughter while we were on vacation. The store itself is adorable, and the merchandise is really nicely displayed and well-stocked. Hailey helped both my daughter and me put together outfits that perfectly suit our very different styles, and took the extra time to order a couple additional pieces for me to ship to my home that I didnt think would fit in my suitcase. She even followed up with me after we got home to make sure we were loving everything we purchased. Such a great overall shopping experience, exceptional customer service, and fun mother-daughter afternoon - we cant wait to shop at LSF with Hailey next time were in town!
