Sims may have favorable worker that they accommodate more than there other employees that I think is unfair but but overall I think they are a good company

From what I heard from the guards themselves: There are no health benefits, no paid vacation, no paid holidays and no pay raise.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY to work for, almost a month without any PAY, HR doesn't answer emails or even care, DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, STAY FAR AWAY !!!!!
