Our company is 77% POC (not including the team member who you interacted with who is part Portuguese), and we take these matters seriously.There is a sign on the front door which indicates that all bags must be checked upon entry. Most customers hand us their bag(s) for check in upon entry, so our protocol is to ask customers to check their bag(s) if they forget to which is why you were asked to check your backpack.We have uploaded pictures to this profile of the signage on the front door from the day of your visit. The front door was not captured in the photo in your review.We are sorry that you were not aware of the bag check requirement. We hope that you will stop by again in the future with this awareness!
