Horrible customer care in pharmacy department. Left me on hold without ever getting to my my name or concern for 15+ mins. I called again and when someone picked they said nothing, I repeatedly said "Hello?" and then they hung up the phone

Literally the worst store ever. Every time Im here I meet and see the most useless, lazy and uninterested employees AND managers. There is no customer service whatsoever. You need something unlocked to buy meds? No one will come. You want someone to help you check out? Its never open. No one will help you and theyre so rude. I will walk an extra block to Duane from now on. The worst ever.

Great location to shop, but not to ring the bell for assistance I ring the bell like 5 times and not body show up And I decide to leave and find my stuff in other cvs , instead of lost my time waiting for no one This is really the worst cvs providing customer help Should pay more money to the employees Or I dont know why they dont care about customers
