I recently visited Blu Bocker (Shay) for a haircut, and to be honest, it's the worst haircut I've ever had. While Shay is a kind and pleasant person, she lacks the necessary skill for providing a satisfactory hair styling service. After my longtime hairdresser relocated, I began searching for a new salon and came across this place. Encouraged by positive reviews and a high star rating, I decided to give it a try. I clearly explained to Shay that I wanted to maintain my current hairstyle, with a bit of trimming to avoid it feeling too heavy. However, as you can see in the attached photo, she cut my top hair extremely short is this what trimming means to her? I honestly dont understand her. After my visit to Shay, every time I dry my hair now, I notice all these short strands sticking up, forcing me to use hair gel constantly to tame them. It's frustrating, and I find myself increasingly irritated each morning, regretting my decision to entrust Shay with my hair. Shay, I want to emphasize that you're a kind person, but perhaps it's time to reconsider your career choice. It's evident that you're not yet qualified for this profession.

Seriously, I was scared at first since I only rely on google reviews. They did not disappoint. Kei handled me so well and she cut meticulously. Reasonable pricing and worth the service. Easy to book, carefully handle the client and transparent with the pricing. All and all stellar experience. Totally recommend this place.
