This location repeatedly failed us when it came to storing pumped breast milk. The mini-fridge in the room doesnt go below 42 degrees, so we have to bring our pouches down to the front desk to keep the pouches in the freezer. This has worked well for me at other hotels but not here. The first day, the cooler was left at room temp in the storage room despite clearly requesting that it go to the freezer. We made it clear at that time that it MUST be in the freezer when I had to dump out the first days milk. However, when we checked out, we noticed none of the milk from the last two days were frozen and had to throw them all out. Pls improve training for your employees on how to make sure this doesnt happen for other moms.

I stayed here for a week with my family on vacation. Overall I thought this was a great option which gave us a nice, quality hotel room in Manhattan at a modest price. My room was quite low, on the third floor, but noise was rarely an issue. I used a white noise app and slept soundly. The room was compact but exceptionally well designed with attractive decor and intelligent space-maximizing features. The room was well equipped with a generously sized fridge, a large TV with many channels and features, and a much better than average in room coffee maker. The washroom was also much better than what I expected, it's generously sized and has a posh kind of feel. The shower is large and really well designed. There were some signs of wear in the room but nothing significant. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept very well in them. The room was very clean and housekeeping was exceptional, the room was cleaned every day without having to request it. Service was always very courteous. The location of the hotel is good, it's great for anyone doing business in the area given the proximity to the Financial District. For tourists like us, the location is good with several interesting attractions within walking distance. It's about a 7-10 minute walk to several subway stations that connect you to the rest of the NYC area, not bad when weather is good but a bit of a hassle if it's raining. The area is pretty quiet and calm, especially after hours. There are several small shops and restaurants not too far away although there is relatively little within a block or two. All things considered I was happy with my stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.

We just checked out this morning from a short weekend stay- this hotel is close to the seaport, Battery park, wall street, 9-11 museum the occulus and so much more. So convenient! we had a corner room with great views of the city and the water. Easy to stop in throughout the day to drop bags and freshen up. 20 min (5stops) from Moynihan Penn train station, friendly staff - easy check in - if we had brought our car, the hotel doesnt have parking but we found lots of private parking within a block. Loved everything about our stay - bed is comfortable, service is excellent. staff is kind - and places to eat are everywhere! will definitely be back! Rooms: Bigger than the room we had near times square. Larger room for NYC. Nearby activities: Lots to do nearby - the seaport & views of the Brooklyn bridge were my favorite. Walkability: walked everywhere downtown and took the subway from Penn Station Food & drinks: lots of food nearby - Fraunces Tavern is worth a visit and just a 9 min walk
