        Service leaves a lot to be desired. Impossible to get a direct phone number to talk to your rep. Too many layers, red tape. Migrated most of my accounts to the competition.

        Terrible customer service at the front desk. I went into the branch because I needed a signature from Fidelity in order to transfer account balances. There were 2 individuals behind the desk, a more junior worker who was courteous, and a more senior one who had attitude and was very rude. When the more junior worker who I was working with asked the senior one for help he not only provided me with the wrong information he said "I'm doing end of day stuff and don't have time for this." He said this directly to me!
