Incredible service! Paul was very kind and patient. He untangled two of my gold necklaces which had over 20+ knots, taking almost an hour. He did this all for free, even though I insisted. Definitely recommend and will be back!

I had To give at least one star or it would not allow me write my review. I went into their store yesterday. I wanted to put an extension on a chain. I was very rudely informed this could not be done and I should never believe anybody would tell me could be done and I would need to purchase a new chain. I left. I did however go to Forever Simon's's on third Avenue. They were able to do the impossible and did a wonderful job

I went here to get my engagement ring resized and he stole a diamond from the ring and returned it back to me. The resizing job was pathetic and when I asked him to fix it he didnt do anything. He probably stole some gold too since the color of the ring changed. When i asked to put the diamond back, he put it back but it looks so terrible. Stay clear of this place!!

Took in two watches one needed a battery one had a broken clasp. Took him five minutes charged me twenty bucks and I was done. Easy. Recommended!
