Ive been visiting the flatiron Laser Away location for a year now and I have met many different nurses and staff members for my visits. During my most recent visit, I was very impressed both by the check-in support at reception with Dillon, who was very pleasant, personable, and helpful and by Sam, my nurse for my treatments who had the absolute best bedside manner making me sooo much more comfortable for my treatment than Ive ever felt in my previous treatments. The anxious feeling and anticipation of a very exposing process was gone with Sams friendly disposition and overall care.

I had a bad experience with laser hair removal years ago (not at Laser Away) so I was hesitant to try again. I am so glad that I decided to resume my treatment and chose the perfect place to do it at Laser Away. The staff in Flatiron is extremely warm and welcoming and professional. Specifically, my nurse Sam B. was so wonderful and accommodating. She was very communicative, precise and efficient. It is clear that Sam cares for her patients and their wellbeing. I will definitely be going back to Laser Away and requesting Sam as my nurse! I highly recommend!! LaserAway is the best!! Ive been going for a year and always love my results. The staff is AMAZING and always have the best energy. I recommend them to everyone

LaserAway is definitely overpriced, overhyped and overall a scam. If you end up dealing with service rep Danielle B. dont even waste your time. Their customer service as a company is bad but she truly was HORRIBLE. After weeks of trying to get my original issue resolved she finally got back to me and had a really nasty, condescending tone the entire phone call. I ignored it because I just wanted to smoothly part ways with the company. She was highly unprofessional, having the nerve to call me an inappropriate and offensive word, then hung up on me mid sentence. All because I asked her to send me a more professional/detailed confirmation of my refund (after she vaguely texted me from her personal number). I just wanted proof for my records. Its been almost 3 weeks since Ive reached out to corporate about the situation and I have still yet to get a response. Im not surprised, they seem to support inappropriate behavior. My original issue is that I would book my services in advance and for months straight they would move my appointments without my consent ranging from 15-45 mins. Ive expressed this issue multiple times and I was patient with the matter but after dealing with Danielle B. was the cherry on top. The customer service line is also useless. Any time you call they tell you they cant do anything on their level but someone from corporate will reach out to you. Problem is corporate never follows up with you. Im glad to be parting ways with this company. As far as the actual services, some of the technicians arent as thorough and detailed with their work. Results vary depending on who you are with. Nothing about this place was spectacular other than the discounts and deals they use to get you in the door before they scam and disrespect you. Overall, I do not recommend LaserAway. You can get much better results for a fraction of the price elsewhere. And you wouldnt have to take out a loan to do so. I would give zero stars if there was an option. Service: Laser hair removal
