Massively disappointed with the outcome of their service. Wasted substantial amount of money and time for guaranteed outcome that never realized. Maria never followed up with the visit as it was promised.

Dr. Kathryn Alcarez was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable immediately. Also she is so good with needles I didn't even feel them poking me at all

Wasnt happy about this clinic at all. I asked direct question before I went there if they offer a certain peeling, they said no but they offer a different one. I asked - what is the difference. Answer- it is the same thing. Ok I agreed to waste one hour of my time for FREE consultation and listening how they trying to sell me what I dont need. Of course I learned that this isnt something I was looking for. Ok I agreed for microneedling and pay $1800 today. Guess what happened- they didnt have enough needle tips you guys gotta be keeping me! Whos going to return this wasted one time of my life? P.S. Your cosmetologist was professional and very nice, definitely 5-star consultation. This is complaint for your way of working in general with customers. If Im looking for a specific service, after trying a lot of other things, I dont need to talk about something that I dont need. I dont need to waste my time on this.

UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This is my 1st time trying these types of cosmetic services and I'm beyond DISAPPOINTED. I was rushed through the consultation, never even saw an actual doctor. The "aesthetician" (she never stated her qualifications) was alone in the office, answering phones too. I understand being rushed & frustrated, but customers --especially 1st-time clients-- should not be treated like an inconvenience. I felt manipulated into purchasing lesser services. It's taken me three (3) calls to get the follow-up for the actual procedure cancelled, and nine (9) calls to try and speak to a manager. Each time, I was promised a call back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I was told there'd be a 15% refund fee!!! I actually had to request for them to waive the fee; I'm waiting to hear back. I've yet to even receive a refund. I hate to say this, but I'm uncertain if there was a judgment call because I'm a person of color?
