Jo is your expert when it comes to beauty. She is professional aside from being certified NP, but her works is so detailed . She is very meticulous with all her services and she will make sure that when you step out of her beauty sanctuary, you are satisfied. Comparing her services from others , her works is beyond your expectations. Her approach is very personal and she is very accommodating with hours so you'll not be pressure with scheduling which I like the most. I like her promotional services which align with continuity of the services that I availed. Also , she will NOT tie you up in any agreement and get frustrated at the end like other spa in NYC. If i can give 6 stars , I'll do it .

A wonderful experience with Joanne! From the moment I walked into the office to leaving she made me feel welcomed and educated on everything I was receiving that day. I got a skin analysis, lip flip, and nonsurgical eye lift. She was a great injector and also wonderful with follow up to make sure everything was good with my results! Beautiful, clean, and modern office as well. That was nice to receive my treatment in! Will absolutely recommend and be going back!

I had my PRF scalp for the first time by NP Loo & her team. They performed numbing to my scalp and make sure i am comfortable throughout the entire procedure and guided me through the procedure. Not forgetting the compounded topical hair spray they prescribed for my aftercare. The after-care instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, making me feel assured about the post-treatment process. It has been a week after my PRP scalp treatment and i am already seeing my hair looking fuller! My first time receiving PRP on my scalp but definitely not my last! Highly recommended!
