I was wary of coming here based on reviews but had a great experience! I was 10 min late to my initial appointment and had gel that needed to be removed so they rebooked me for the next day. I got a gel manicure, she did a great job and it was quick and efficient. I like that it's totally cashless and on time according to the appointment you booked. I got the BOGO deal so will be coming back.

Three stars is generous. I went here with a class pass credit. Using this credit means you have to tip 20% automatically at the end which I'm guessing this had to be instilled because people aren't tipping due to the very mediocre experience. First off it's waterless pedicures. Which is fine but the set up is very uncomfortable. The message is basic. It was freezing in the salon and the stool to put your feet on is not stable. Every slight move I made my feet would move the whole stool. Felt like a workout to keep my legs still. Additionally the technician I had was so aggressive with the file and the cuticle cutter my toenails are very sore today. Suffice to say I will not be retuning to GLOSSLAB.

I rarely write reviews but felt that my experience here needs to be shared. I used an influencer code to get a manicure here - overall, the location felt clean, trendy and calm. However, the actual manicure was lacking. My nail technician off the bat was extremely unfriendly and I told her I did not need my cuticles cut unless she thought they needed them. She apparently thought I needed it and was quite aggressive doing my cuticles - she ended up cutting me which caused me to bleed. Understood that this may happen but she was extremely unfriendly and essentially blamed it on me and never once apologized for making me bleed. The rest of the manicure was average - barely a hand massage and there were a couple smudged spots. On top of that, tip is automatic - which in this case, I don't think the full amount was deserved. I live close by so wish I could give a more positive review of this place, but it wasn't even worth the free manicure.

Came for the buy 1 get one 1 deal- probably won't continue but I think the unlimited manicure thing is a great concept and perfect for ppl who like a new nail color every week. It's a no water salon, so for pedi I won't skip bc soaking ur feet is the best part of a pedicure, right?!My experience: the gel last a week and a half which is dumb short and they charged my account additional without my consent, so yeah they stole.. I forgot to tip- usually they ask at the front if you would like to tip and they didn't and I forgot. I felt terrible- considering going back after but decided I'll just tip double next time. Oh but don't worry- they charged me for the tip a day later. If they would have just asked me they wouldn't have to steal what I already wanted to give... have fun disputing that with my bank.
