        Pharmacist messed up with my medication. Had to pay $100 out of pocket when should have been covered by the insurance. And on top of that the pharmacist is VERY rude..

        Worst customer service imaginable. Have been shopping there for 13 years and I'm not again. Tried to return an item- cashier accidentally returned the wrong item- I let them know that it was the wrong item and they told me, "Too bad there is nothing I can do about it." I had to wait for 15 mins to speak to a manager because obviously the cashier shouldn't be returning the wrong item and acting like there's not way to fix the mistake. Janet took at least 15 mins to get the main counter and then refused to give me credit for the item, claiming it was bought more than 30 days ago- which was entirely untrue. I shopped there several times a week for over 13 years and going to walk the extra block to CVS or order from Amazon after how badly I was treated. Hope the $9.99 was worth it!
