He was always punctual, reliable, polite & professional. I found so many other real estate agents to be pushy & salesy but Simon was the most respectful. The one star is Ians unprofessional replies and his unwillingness to show me an apartment I was genuinely interested in. I was a prospective client proactively trying to hunt for a new apartment to potentially move into before my current lease expires on May 1 and need to decide by March 30. I have zero idea if I will renew or not renew with my current place and want to be clear it is my decision when to move.. all I was trying to do was search for other options. Ian refused on two occasions to show me an apartment unless I committed to moving in by April 1 in order to see any apartments on miradors website and that makes no sense to me. I was like perplexed ?? This was the only realtor I have ever come across since I began hunting who refused to show an apartment to me. It was huge waste of my time and huge mistake to contact mirador.
