The staff here is so nice and helpful. Cool little hangout spot too where they offer beer and coffee. My fiance took our bikes up there and told them my birthday was coming up. When he went to pick the bikes up they told him they were trying their best to get them back to us for my birthday since that was one of my presents. Thought that was so thoughtful!!! Happy happy customers and will definitely be using them from here on out.

These fine folks helped me get a bike I sold on eBay ready to ship and even hooked me up one of their bike boxes for that pro packed look. Store was awesome, people were awesome, service was awesome and the results were awesome. Would absolutely recommend and will do business again in the future. Thanks all, much love. JJ

I had a great experience at Carolina Pedal Works, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bike and a friendly service. They are generous, accommodating, and respectful of their customers, and they go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. I bought a bike from them, but it turned out to be the wrong size for me. Instead of making me return the bike and purchase the appropriate size, they offered to take my bike in on trade and pay part of the difference between my current bike and the top of the line model at the correct size that they had in stock. They did not have to do that, but they did, and I am very grateful for their kindness. Carolina Pedal Works is a great place to buy a bike, and they have earned my loyalty and trust. They care about their customers and their satisfaction, and they show it in their actions. They are the best bike store in town, and I will definitely go back to them for any bike-related needs.
