        I was extremely impressed by this T-Mobile store. The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Max, Monica and AK all had a positive attitude and were willing to go above and beyond. Great experience!

        Absolutely incompetent staff, 3 hours wasted and they couldnt activate a phone. One excuse after another. Staff spent care at all about customers just playing some terrible R&B music. However going across the street to Verizon was the total opposite. So pay 10$ more a month for good service and people who actually want to get the customer what they want. This store would be an embarrassment to any corporation with a functional management Chris despite being employed for over a year at the store had no idea what to do. Anthony or AK is a manager ? Was happy to see us leave the store as angry former customers. Max the store manager couldnt be bothered. Oh you wasted time and money yeah too bad

        Visited the T-Mobile store in Knightdale, NC for a phone repair and was met with poor service. The employee, Micheal, tried to push a full-price new phone instead of fixing my device that was under warranty and insured. His lack of empathy and customer care was stark and unprofessional. Left considering a switch of carriers due to this negative experience.
