We came in for new service for a senior citizen. The guy who helped us gave ONE option WITH a watch option for a 70 yr old lady. I asked for another option and he couldnt/wouldnt help us further because he #1 wasnt a salesman and #2 he wanted to argue his case instead of HELPING and giving options for a senior for TWO lines. Unfortunate!

If I could put 0 stars I would. The taxes and fees they give you after advertising these great prices and deals are ridiculous. Make sure you read all the details before agreeing with changing carriers. I was with Metro before tmobile. When I got a letter InThe mail to receive 4 lines for $100 and get FREE phones when you switch. That was all misleading what they do not tell you is when they say $100 for 4 lines they are going to add $300 in fees monthly . And the internet tmobile advertising you can try it for 14 days for no charge is a hassle to get it disconnected. When they say free really they mean they are charging you full price for everything. With out telling you .

The service here could be a lot better. Both representatives had a attitude and would not let me really speak without making me feel like they were irritated. Im on customer service and just listening to the customer speaks volumes. The issue was slightly resolved, but I had to turn back around and come in. When I came back in, I tried to speak to the other representative, who got an attitude with me. When I asked, was she available she said I will be in a second and then she walked off and went in the back room for a few minutes. I understand that some people that specialize in a particular area, feel like they know what theyre talking about but you have to pay attention to what the customer is asking you. I had already spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service and they could not help me which there was some odd issue that was going on in the phone. I just wish there was better customer service and they would listen to the customer before making assumptions and cutting customers off. Attitude is everything. I was told the manager would be in later. There was not a manager on staff.
